The Indie Queens Are Waiting - Dan Mangan -
First of all...those pauses are a fantastic musical device. I’ve never heard anything like it before, a lull where you expect the next beat is a fascinating concept. Dan Mangan is another one of those artists I have to thank a friend for, my initial introduction was quite sublime. Mr. Mangan is also Canadian, so that’s pretty damn respectable. The song is folky, relaxed, and quite pleasant to listen to. Enjoy.Gotta love the Canadians… :)
